Please plan to arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This ensures that our team has enough time to get you acquainted with our space and properly set up on your bike.
You can register for classes online or through our app. Once you arrive, please make sure that you check-in with a member of our staff.
We are thrilled to offer three free classes to all first-time, local riders. We think it’s important to get a feel for our studio, classes, and schedule before you make a decision!
If you’re not a Bozeman-based rider, your first class is still free! We love being able to connect with riders from other states and studios and support you as you travel. If you’re looking to catch more than one ride with us as a non-local, talk to us about our discounted punch passes.

Our studio is located at 201 S Wallace Ave Unit B1C, inside the Gallatin Valley Seed Building. We have plenty of parking spaces available in the outside lot and along the street.
Our entrance is located directly to the right of the parking lot, next to Laundry Loops. Look for a green awning and a Tenacious Cycle sign next to a large loading dock!

We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes that make you feel good! Bring your spin shoes (if you have them) and a water bottle. The studio has a water dispenser and free towels are provided for each class.
-
Our bikes require clip-in cycling shoes. If you have your own pair - please bring them! Our pedals are both SPD and Delta clip-compatible. For those without shoes, we offer free rentals. However, sizing may be limited.
-
While you can book into classes directly through our website, we recommend downloading the Tenacious Cycle app - available for both iPhone and Android. After downloading, you can view our daily class schedule and easily book into classes.
-
Our space does not have showers. Bathrooms are located directly outside of our studio where you’re welcome to change before/after class.

Our cancellation window is 8 hours before your scheduled class. Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will incur a lost credit for flexible memberships or a $10 fee for unlimited members. Cancellations made before the 8-hour window will not result in a fee and class credits will be refunded to your account.
If you don’t cancel before class begins or contact the studio, you will incur a $20 no-show fee in addition to a lost credit. Please feel free to give us a call for any last-minute cancellations or issues at 406-577-2080.
*Late cancellation fees are waived during extreme weather events to ensure the safety of all riders.

We hate contracts, and we bet you do too. That’s why all of our memberships are 100% no contract. You can cancel any membership, at any time. Just shoot us an email and we’ll handle the rest! A $20 cancellation fee is required.

All riders on the waitlist will automatically receive an email if a spot opens up! From there, you’ll be prompted to book into the class if you’re still able to join.
Once your class is confirmed, you will be subject to the same late cancel and no-show fees.
-
Once class starts, we’ll give you 5 minutes to jump in. If you arrive after more than 5 minutes have passed, we reserve the right to book you into another class.
-
Barring extreme weather events, our classes will always move forward as scheduled. We ride rain, shine, or snowstorm (within reason, of course). The only exception? Our early morning classes (5:30am & 6:00am) will be canceled if no one is booked to ride at least 8 hours in advance.
All other classes may be cancelled within 2 hours of class if no one is booked in to ride. So if you're looking to sweat with us - especially early morning - snag your spot early and we’ll be there, ready to ride!
-
We are proud to offer 10% discounts on all monthly memberships to teachers, veterans, active military & first responders.
