Just as the name suggests, The OG is our original, foundational ride at Tenacious Cycle. This 45-minute beat-based class guides riders through optional choreography that mimics the rhythm and flow of the music - whether up a heavy hill or into a burst of speed. Including one upper-body song, The OG is meant to leave riders feeling powerful, accomplished, and curious for more!

COMING SOON TO THE SCHEDULE.

Our 60-minute ride format, Power Hour is an endurance-based ride that is meant to be equal parts challenging and rewarding. This extended format includes two upper-body songs and a (slight) emphasis on heavier climbs. When in doubt, close your eyes and let your feet lead you to the beat!

TenaciousAF is the beat-based spin class you know and love—amped up with more upper body! This 45-minute ride weaves in two to three upper body & core-focused tracks alongside thoughtful choreography and a dynamic class roadmap, keeping you engaged, powerful, and tenaciousAF.
